Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Getting healthy does not have to be so complicated! It’s not about dieting, suffering, or deprivation of calories. It’s not a scientific experiment. There is no one perfect diet or exercise. Living a healthy lifestyle is about finding a balance and finding the foods that work for you; not what works for someone else. We’ll figure out why some foods make you feel better than others.
I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy, balanced life that is fun, rewarding and easy to maintain. I will not dictate a diet or tell you what exercises you have to do and we are not going to count calories! You are not going to live the rest of your life on a diet! some foods make you. We’ll slowly incorporate some new healthy foods that compliment what you are currently eating.
You should be enjoying life, eating foods that you like, that make you feel good and are good for you.
